We designed Chef Machete's hats front to back, pulling the designs from his viral moments on Gordon Ramsay's Next Level Chef.

Chef Trinidad “Machete” Gonzalez was born and raised in Galveston and is the man behind Gordo Niños, the Houston Tex-Mex street taco spot famous for its Lean Sauce.
